In partnership with Quebec en Forme and the CLC of Liberty High School, Saucha Yoga is proud to offer yoga to Highschool students and to promote a healthy lifetstyle.
Next session we will be working with students to promote athletic qualities, stretching and breath and conditioning

Amy participated at a photo shoot at CHARLIE * SATTVA *yoga-à-porter™ on March 27, 2010. Caroline Frenette, president, designer & yogini organized this event. Andrew Park, the photographer worked with: Amy Elkhoury, Elizabeth Emberly , Jenn Young and Kara Thorsen. Éric Wazana, the creator of Yoga Jeans made in Montreal, was present at the event.
